Paper Quality
Signed Prints:
Giclée Fine Art Paper (pronounced “G-Clay”) - Our fine art papers are of the highest gallery standard and designed to last a lifetime. All our fine art prints are produced and printed with archival ink on archival paper. If treated well, they will last more than 70 years. (Rico prints could become a family heirloom) e.g. Hahnemühle Photo Rag Bright White, Canson Rag photographique etc…
Unsigned Prints:
Standard Photo Paper - Our photo paper prints are an excellent, cost-effective way to bring your favourite prints to life at affordable prices. All images printed on photo papers are non-archival and with archival inks. If treated well, these prints will last more than 30 years. (Rico prints that last longer than most relationships, bargain if you ask me, just don’t lose it in the divorce.) e.g. Epson Premium Glossy etc…
Image Size
The Sizes provided above are the image print area, there will also be a minimum of 5 cm (2”) border around the image making the total area a fraction larger.
Framing
All Prints are shipped unframed. The only reason for this is to reduce shipping costs. (Also Rico really could not be bothered with the hassle of finding and selecting 1 million and one 1 frames, colours and types to suit EVERYONE'S taste)

Rico Facts
All prints are 100% printed to order and handled individually, due to this please allow some time for delivery. We aim for delivery within 1-4 weeks from initial order but on occasion this may take up to 6 weeks from order to delivery.
Due to the greed of the tax department in some countries you may have to pay a small import fee on receiving your print. However Rico X. will do his best to help reduce the amount.
rico reserves the right to reprint images for EXHIBITION purposes only, which shall be returned to rico and not available to the public For sale if they are a reprint of a sold out print.
The Unpleasant Stuff - Returns, refunds and exchanges
RETURNS & Exchanges
We ensure all our products are of a high standard and we hope you are happy with your order.
Return requests must be submitted within the return period(s) listed below:
ninety-one (91) calendar days from the date of delivery
Return requests received outside the stated return period(s) will not be accepted.
Return shipments must be shipped in their original packaging (including all accompanying certificates received with the order). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment once we receive the artwork.
REFUNDS
Once the returned item is received, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return and your refund will be credited to your credit card or original method of payment, within thirty (30) CALENDAR days of RECEIVING the item.
All refunds will be subject to the exchange rate at the time of processing, and funds will be remitted in US Dollar s($).
Returns will not be accepted for any artwork that has been stretched, cropped, or altered in any capacity after purchase.
Items will be refunded providing that you have not used the item; the product is received in the same condition as when you first bought it; and you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. Please return the item in the original packaging via a signed for service and keep your receipt for proof of postage. We do not refund the cost of the return delivery.
Unfortunately, shipping costs and/or import duties are non refundable and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us.
